COVID-19 – Cancellation of the 22nd edition of the OSEntreprendre Challenge

Given the constantly evolving situation of the COVID-19 pandemic over the past few days, we have evaluated several scenarios in order to keep the 22nd edition of the OSEntreprendre Challenge running. The selection process could have, for instance, taken place virtually, or been delayed.

However, the entrepreneurial, economic, and social outlook for Québec has now changed so much that we feel most of the projects registered as of March 10th can no longer be considered representative of reality.

In this context, the cancellation of the 22nd edition of the OSEntreprendre Challenge is inevitable. The participation process will end at the validating the eligibility of candidacies stage for the approximately 60,000 participants, which means that no winners will be nominated at the local, regional, and national levels for this edition.

We will soon see relaying, on our various digital platforms, the services of our partners and allies that could be useful to entrepreneurs in the circumstances, as well as initiatives to mobilize around local businesses. To not miss anything, follow OSEntreprendre on Facebook.
