Presentation Request form as part of the Semaine des entrepreneurs à l’école

The digital Presentation Request form allows you to express your interest in hosting an entrepreneur-speaker. It features six sections that are quick and easy to complete. Paper format is not accepted.

Section 1 Commitment confirms the agreements that the school staff member takes on when completing a presentation request.

Section Creating a file allows you to enter your email address and create your access code. An email will be automatically sent to you so that you can confirm the creation of your file. This step is compulsory to proceed with the application.

Afterwards, you will be able to log in to your file at any time via the OSEntreprendre website until you are ready to submit your application, between now and the deadline.

The Identification section confirms your contact information as the person responsible for the request. The Presentation(s) section collects your availabilities and information with regard to the request.

The Submit section is the step at which you officially submit your completed application form before the deadline. Unless otherwise indicated, all questions must be answered.
