1. À titre de participant s'inscrivant au Défi OSEntreprendre, je m’engage à;
1.1 Protéger l’accès aux données relatives à la candidature;
En prenant les mesures nécessaires pour protéger l'accès au compte OSEntreprendre, en limitant la divulgation des informations confidentielles permettant d’y accéder et en informant rapidement OSEntreprendre, par écrit, de tout problème, actuel ou potentiel à ce titre.
1.2 Respecter les conditions d’admissibilité;
En démontrant, lorsque demandé et dans les délais prescrits, la validité de l'attestation de l'une ou l'autre des conditions d'admissibilité ou d'exclusion.
1.3 Participer, s'il y a lieu, aux entrevues de sélection;
En se rendant disponible, lorsqu'une entrevue en présentiel ou à distance est convoquée, pour un volet ou un échelon. Si au moins un membre du projet ou de l’équipe entrepreneuriale ne se présente pas à l’entrevue où le projet/l’entreprise est convoqué(e), la candidature est considérée comme retirée.
1.4 Respecter la confidentialité des entrevues de sélection;
En m’engageant, lorsqu'une entrevue en présentiel ou à distance est convoquée, à ne pas filmer, enregistrer ou capter l'entrevue (son et image), en tout ou en partie, et ce, de quelque façon que ce soit, incluant notamment au moyen d’un enregistreur, d’un téléphone portable, d’un dispositif électronique, d’un logiciel, d’une application ou de captures d’écran.
1.5 Respecter le choix du jury;
En acceptant que la décision du jury soit sans appel et ne fasse l'objet d'aucune justification, information ou rétroaction.
1.6 Adopter un comportement éthique;
En respectant les décisions des organisateurs du Défi OSEntreprendre et en tenant des propos respectueux vis-à-vis des autres participants du Défi OSEntreprendre et de toute personne impliquée dans son organisation, bénévolement ou non. En aucun cas ne seront tenus des propos diffamatoires pouvant porter atteinte à la réputation et/ou ne seront posées des actions préjudiciables.
1.7 Respecter le droit à l'image;
En ayant obtenu l’autorisation des personnes figurant dans la photo et/ou vidéo jointe(s) à la candidature.
2. À titre de participant au Défi OSEntreprendre, j’autorise OSEntreprendre et les personnes responsables du Défi OSEntreprendre à :
2.1 Communiquer avec le responsable de projet et/ou l’entrepreneur principal et/ou les membres de l’équipe entrepreneuriale pour faire le suivi de la candidature;
2.2 Utiliser la photo et/ou vidéo jointe(s) à la candidature aux fins de publications ou de diffusion sur le site internet ou autres outils liés à sa mission.
Je déclare que l'information fournie est véridique et qu'une fausse déclaration peut entraîner le retrait de ma candidature.
Je reconnais avoir eu le temps nécessaire pour prendre connaissance des présents engagements, avoir pu poser toute question que j’ai jugée pertinente et déclare comprendre et accepter la nature et l’étendue de mes obligations aux termes des présentes.
1. As a participant registered for the Défi OSEntreprendre, I undertake to:
1.1 Protect access to information regarding the application.
By taking the necessary measures to protect access to the OSEntreprendre account, limiting the disclosure of confidential information allowing access to it and notifying OSEntreprendre quickly, in writing, of any current or potential problems in this area.
1.2 Respect the eligibility criteria.
By demonstrating, when requested and within the prescribed time limit, that the attestation with regard to one or more of the eligibility or exclusion criteria is valid.
1.3 Participate in the selection interviews, if applicable.
By making myself available whenever an in-person or online interview is set up for a section or level. I understand that if a member of the project or entrepreneurial team is not present for an interview concerning the project, the application will be considered to have been withdrawn.
1.4 Respect the confidentiality of the selection interviews
I undertake, when an in-person or online interview is set up, not to film, record or capture the interview (sound and image), in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a recording device, cellphone, electronic device, software, application or screenshots.
1.5 Respect the jury’s decision.
By accepting that the decision of the jury cannot be appealed and will not be subject to any justification, information or feedback.
1.6 Adopt ethical behaviour.
By respecting the decisions of the Défi OSEntreprendre organizers and ensuring that any statements I make about the other Défi OSEntreprendre participants or anyone else involved in its organization, whether as a volunteer or not, are respectful of those persons. I thus certify that I will never make defamatory statements that could damage a reputation and/or act in a prejudicial manner.
1.7 Respect image rights.
By receiving the prior authorization of the people featured in the photo and/or video attached to the application.
2. As a participant in the Défi OSEntreprendre, I authorize OSEntreprendre and the people in charge of the Défi OSEntreprendre to:
2.1 Communicate with the project representative and/or the main entrepreneur and/or the members of the entrepreneurial team to follow up on the application.
2.2 To use the picture and/or video attached to the application and post it on the website or use it for other purposes related to the OSEntreprendre mission.
I declare that the information provided is accurate and that any false statements may result in my application being declared ineligible.
I acknowledge that I have had sufficient time to become familiar with these commitments and that I was able to ask any questions I deemed relevant; I furthermore declare that I understand and accept the nature and extent of my obligations to respect the terms stated in this document.
